What is data-driven marketing?

Data-driven marketing involves collecting data that can be used to make validated statements. The aim is to make marketing decisions dependent on the findings from the data. However, you first need to collect data before you can use it. There are tools that collect knowledge about the behavior of your (potential) buyers. You then analyze the data obtained. Collecting and analyzing data is one thing - but in the end, it's what you do with it that counts. After all, you want to understand your customers better and adapt your marketing communication to the findings from the analysis.
